Bin Laden driver in prison
The Osama Bin Laden news just does not stop coming through after 9/11. The latest in this is that the driver who took Osama around has been sentenced to 5 and a half years in prisonment.
This was not just any trial which take place in day to day life ( against parents and so on which are talked about at AmericanSchoolSafety.com ) , it was the first US military trial after the world war II, which is a really big thing.
Salim Hamdan is the person who has been sentenced and was convicted of supporting terrorism but was acquitted of conspiracy to murder.
Some people really did not like this ruling and were talking about a more harsh punishment. The driver admitted for working for Bin Laden during 1997 to 2001 for $200 per month in Afghanistan.
